Arcane Guild - Shadow Council

There is a small group within the Arcane Guild called the "Shadow Council" who was tasked with secretive or sensitive operations.
Eli Fleetfoot is told by her mother Jocelyn Lasseremae that the Shadow Council is keeping an eye on Seth Wilkinson due to the discovery of several artefacts and his involvement, as his magic abilities have evolved quite quickly since.
The Shadow Council have no emblem as they operate within the Arcane Guild but for internal matters only. The Shadow Council is not publicised.
