Merakesh assassinates Simon Ludwig

Merakesh carries out the assassinations necessary for all five wards of the blood magic to activate.   He could not assassinate them all in one night, so went around locating the names from the list and murdering the 5 victims. These murders were investigated by police. A handful of detectives had linked several murders, but it as Sally Romanov who discovered the connections with all five.   To this day, the murders have still gone unsolved.
