Elysia
The achievements that will secure your spot in Elysia are the same ones that will book your passage to Hell.

lysia is a hallowed compound outside of Kingston, Jamaica, that was purchased and developed in 1972 by
Hegemony International's founder, Reginald Howell, as a lavish retirement community for the company's favored employees. Being granted access to Elysia is one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon employees after years of faithful service. It's typically reserved for top executives or other employees who've achieved great feats for the corporation. For many employees, it's the single greatest factor that keeps them loyally in the company's service.
History
eginald Howell founded Elysia as an exclusive retirement community. It's not open to the public and is known to be extremely secretive. Only retired Hegemony employees are allowed to live there.
Valhalla
Within the company, Elysia isn't thought of simply as somewhere that employees could move to in their later years. It's often spoken of as if it's Valhalla. It's one of the greatest perqs offered by the company - and only a select few are granted access. None of the "frontline" workers are ever invited to Elysia. Even amongst executive management, being allowed to retire in Elysia is a cherished - and elusive - goal. Once someone has supposedly secured their place in Elysia, that reward can still be yanked away if they fail to excel throughout their career - up-to-and-including their last day on the job.
Amenities
Despite its mythical status in the company, few can say with any certainty exactly what it's like to live in Elysia. Scant pictures ever escape its boundaries. (And if a retiree is known to have released those pictures, they can-and-will be expelled from the enclave.) There's also no reliable account of the amenities that are allegedly available to retirees once they take up residence there. Nevertheless, a reservation in Elysia is one of the most cherished benefits that is ever bestowed upon Hegemony employees, and it's reserved for only a tiny portion of the company's most vaunted workers.
