Battle of the Southern Main
The Battle of the Southern Main was a climactic and decisive naval battle of the Wythe-Lagona War which took place in seas south of Sijmen Sur. Notable as both the debut of the famed Aparnovosi war-galleons and defining the naval balance of power for several centuries afterwards, The Battle of the Southern Main also bears the distinction of the largest sea battle in recorded history. Involving fleets from Aparnovos, @Barazar, and the wider Lagonan Empire, the engagement took place following an unprecedented series of naval mobilizations and campaigns.
