Dragons

The Oldest of the Elder Races, and the most extraordinary. The Dragons or Drae in their tongue. Are the most mysterious of the Elder Races. They had a language that none could translate before the Humans came. And a culture that many would argue was the most beautiful in all the world. But the Dragons have faded into myth and legend. Resigned to the common consensus of the people as Beasts and Tyrannical monsters. Hoarders of Treasure and All Else that is precious. Making Slaves of the Virtuous among Humans. But this is not true. Lies told by their betrayers to grant an ease of coercion. And to forever damn these beautiful beings. The Dragons who survive today, live in those dangerous and forgotten places that Men dare not go. Their only treasures being the keepsakes of friends and family long gone. And their so called Slaves, were the only Humans with a good heart who wanted only to help them.
