Bredlam Region - Domain of Xahir
The Bredlam Region is ruled by the calpulli, though historically the calpulli was just a term for the council of vassel tribes and the priesthood, who ruled locally, with the departure of the Oachto and most of their Maccuava left for the ancestral land to help in the trial wars. The once temporary power invested in the calpulli became a permanent power structure centered around the vassel tribes, the serpent priesthood and with time even the Nicchichua traders, as they allowed the council a way to gain easy information about the on goings of the realm.
The calpulli willing joined the league as their armies marched south and forced massive orc migrations and further rilled up the Vaida clans, and needed their assistance in order to maintain their already fragile nation, as numerous small scale wars with the Vaida and rebel tribes had begun to take their toll on the land and it's peoples.
