Hothavar
Hothavar is the northmost part of the Korvlands and of the central states, dominated by vast pine forests the earth here is harsh and unforgiving allowing for little agriculture, thus it is sparsely populated by herders and hunters. Many small settlements can be found in Hothavar but the majority live alone in small family groups scattered across the region.
The land is rich and plentiful for those willing to bleed and sweat for it, but to most others in the league it is viewed as a harsh outback with few redeeming qualities, as even more northern provinces have more fertile soil than Hothavar, but it has often been used a military training ground for troops expected to be sent north of behind enemy lines for extended periods of time.
the only major city in Hothavar is that of Barak Azulaz, a dwarfen stronghold that connects to the wider Thaig of Azrilak-a-Drongak(Silver of the Chasm), having made a small city to accommodate the trade
The area is heavily dominated by dense forest and rocky outcropings and to it's northernmost point the Hroth Mountains a sacred place to those who worship the 4 great animal spirits.
