Close confidant of The Radiant Szesira has long advised her in matters of diplomacy and personally helped secure the allegiance of Mafara, and was for her efforts was granted the right to become Ardent and granted governorship of Mafara. Szesira prefers to rule with openness and promises of rewards rather than punishment and fear. But one should not be mistaken, she makes extensive use of the Watch Orders, whispered threats placed where those who dare to raise their voice might appear. Many in court may whisper of weakness, for her indirect ways, but she was not made Ardent with being able to defend her title, something many aspiring Sunborn have found the hard way.

Keeper of the Watch

Szesira was granted the title as keeper of the watch with her ascendance to her post as Ardent, and thereby she is the overall coordinator of the watch orders efforts. Though these orders are largely independent, she is one of the few authorities in Rashim that call upon the orders
