Misfits

The Misfits are a crazy and chaotic group of people who reject society in Serine City. Anarchists or just anti-establishment, it doesn't really matter. The Misfits tend towards crimes that have an adrenaline rush: murder, arson, robbery, and extortion top their list.
The Misfits have great love for those superpowered individuals whose powers/appearance cause them to be rejected by society. In contrast, they have nothing but disdain for the "Aryan establishment lapdogs" such as Minuteman, who they view as perpetuators of systemic injustice at best and tyrannical oppressors at worst. 
The Misfits are often mischaracterized as being a bunch of individual criminals with similar ideologies, similarly to the Chains. This is more true of the Misfits than it is of the Chains, but not entirely true. The misunderstanding, however, is perpetuated by those in charge of the Misfits, who know that there will be much less opposition to the gang as long as they are viewed as ununified.
