Sparkrender's Kobolds

Sparkrender the Blue Dragon had managed to gather a small group of kobolds that worked for him. While they were useful for helping detain Aidron, and prepare the Clifftop Observatory for the ritual, they were mostly concerned with keeping the area cleaned and ready for being summoned for another task by their leader.

Structure

Sparkrender gave all the orders
The winged kobolds then delegated orders to the regular kobolds

Disbandment

Once Sparkrender was defeated at the Observatory, the remaining Kobolds dispersed throughout Stormwreck Isle, being sure to avoid the hero party.
