A mid-sized city which is home to the Hero Galactic Gloom and the Supervillain Doctor Enigma. Minor Villains in this area include Hypno-Ziz, Illusinary, The Flaming Skull, Cybercrime, Made Of Clay, and Boxes. 
Despite this rogues gallery, Grimham is one of the safer cities of its size, boasting a surprisingly low civilian death rate related to Hero and Villain activities. Non-villain-related crime is also surprisingly low despite the presence of gangs who are known to be under the command of Doctor Enigma.
