Kayla May (a.k.a. The Flaming Skull)

Also known as the Villain The Flaming Skull, Kayla is typically dismissed as a rebellious teenager who will hopefully grow out of this Villain phase. She's not overly dangerous yet, except in the usual ways a teenager with powers is. Her powerset consists of her being able to summon flying skulls that appear to be on fire. The fire does not burn, but the skulls themselves can do some damage by hurtling themselves into people or exploding.
