Erzenstadt is known for its Magitech manufacturing and training facilities as well as its advanced research and development industry. Many Magitech technologies originated from here, generating vast amounts of wealth that propelled Erzenstadt to be one of the premier districts of The Great City of Laststar.

Erzenstadt is the home of the Brotbackzug und Schienenzauberschule, the Primärer Manaknoten and the Erzenstadt Wohlfühlzentrum der Reinheit und Zugehörigkeit.

Erzenstadt is run by the Erzenstadt Council, a council of technocrats. The most successful, influential and wealthy within Erzenstadt are responsible for the governance of the district.
