Turtuga

Turtuga is a lawless pirate suburb located on the shore of Lake Ejule in the district of Idokodo. The suburb is known for its turtle-themed architecture and decorations, with many buildings featuring turtle shells and statues of turtles adorning the streets. It is a hub for piracy in the region, with many ships docking at its ports to trade goods and recruit crew members.
The suburb is ruled by no one, making it a place where anything goes, and the strongest crew rules. It's a place where many sailors, pirates, and outcasts come to start a new life, and where many criminals find a safe haven. The port of Turtuga is a popular staging ground for pirate raids on the neighbouring district of Saido, with many pirate crews using the town as a base of operations.
Currently, the strongest crew using Turtuga as a base is Captain Gungnir Tousen and his ship, The Silver Drake. He and his crew are feared and respected by many in the town and are known for their daring raids and skill in battle.
Despite the danger, many adventurers, criminals and salvagers flock to Turtuga in search of riches and adventure. The town is also home to a number of taverns and inns, where travelers can gather information and hear tales of legendary pirates. The streets of Turtuga are always filled with the sounds of sea shanties and the smell of last nights vomit.
