Havalla
Located right next to the Theorston Thicket lies Havalla, a big city where ethnicities and religions blend together. People from all walks of live come here to start anew. Some travel to the city to explore one of the many religions, others want to make a change in their career, and some just need to get to a new place that allows them a fresh start. Whatever the background, the people of Havalla welcome everyone with open arms.
If you're looking to start anew, look no further than Havalla. The city is full of academies to teach you all about the artisan professions, or temples of various religions to go on a spiritual journey. And if you're not sure what you want to do, you can easily roam the streets filled with workshops to gain some inspiration. But first things first: always go to the Library of New Beginnings to start your journey.
New Beginnings
Anyone coming to Havalla for a fresh start in life, is always directed to Library of New Beginnings. This library, run by Sacred Knowledge, contains a mountain of knowledge when it comes to professions and careers in the world. Talking with the librarians will always help to find new perspectives and where to go next in town. There are many workshops scattered through the city with two districts fully devoted to them. The clinging of hammers and scraping of the tannery can be heard through the narrow streets where artisans are creating works of art. Most of their wares can be bought elsewhere in the city where they have an actual shop, so the customers don't have to travel through the loud district. Others seek the silence and tranquility of religion within the city. They are well represented with multiple temples at the edges of town, or just outside of it. A spiritual melting pot, if you will. A temple for the Pillar of Life of Te Akoranga lingers in the flower garden just outside the walls of Havalla. Inside the city, a chapel of the Gnireknit helps the Gnomes connect with their Master Tinkerer. Another temple represents the olden Elvish religion of Gaelach, where Quani and Drani alike can practice their faith.Whatever it is you're looking for, there will always be a place for you to stay while you figure out the next step in your future. Tavern Square is literally littered with small and large tavers alike to catch your breathe over a hearty meal and a keg of ale. Chat with other patrons, have a conversation with the bartenders, and you'll discover new things about the city. There is always something new to learn.

I really love the idea that you can go there and find a new profession or trade, and that learning seems to be actively encouraged. And the spiritual side of the place too <3
