The 'Fire Upon the Sea' is the Trade fleet of the empire, and it is closely guarded by the Naval Commanders of the lesser Chongjang.
Education
All Hobgoblin children leave their parents at the age of 12 to attend 8 years of basic military academy.
Goblins and Bugbears, who mature faster, begin at the military academy around 8 years old, and remain until they are 12.
Those with promising military skills are able to attend up to 10 additional years of higher education, so long as they serve at least 25 years of military service.

Standard International Dwarvish Coin is recognized and accepted.
However the 'Gold Dragon' coin (a gold chit worth 3.3Gp) is the standard within the Empire.
They also use 'Silver Owl' coins (worth 1.1Sp) and small 'Copper Tortoise' coins (worth 0.5Cp).
