River's Reach

Built at the branch in the Vorma, River's Reach is a well established city that has flourished in the recent decades from the establishment of Sallaly bringing far more trade through as the platform boats pass up and down the river.
The survivors of the Yigerin Dynasty fled to River's Reach during the Great Reshaping and despite a healthy and flourishing middle class, many Yigerian people find themselves doing hard physical labour for copper.

Government

River's Reach is ruled by government officals sent from Toram, primarily representing the Fourth and Fifth Orders of Seven Queens who benefit from the city's naturally effective trade to focus on studying The Windfall and Hætta Marsh.

Districts

Flatward is the low district which lies next to the river. It often floods and buildings are built on stilts a few feet off of the ground. Many merchants find their way into the city through the Flatward, passing by the numerous rice paddies transplanted from the Hætta Marsh. The Flatward can be intentionally flooded by opening riverside gates to bring the platform boats off of the river for repairs.
Feltwing is where the governmental buildings are held, as well as the majority of the city's population pre-built markets lie empty until merchants appear to set up shop, but it is said that a thieve's guild sets up in the empty markets.
Khove is the Yigerian word for home and is where the majority of those surviving peoples live. It is an impoverished district, walled off from the rest of the city. Armed guards stand at the entrances to the districts and maintain a watch on those who enter and leave, but within the walls they have far less presence

Guilds and Factions

Third Paw is a known active Thieve's guild in the region. They act throughout western Leein, but it is believed by the Leein government that they are established in River's Reach.
Royal Yigerin Guild is a guild within Khove that believes that the Yigerin Dynasty can be rebuilt and lead protests to garner more support from the local goverment, as well as hosting food and clothing drives to help those who struggle the most in Khove.
