Yola

Lying on the Tal River, under Governor Kamar, the city of Yola was in open rebellion against the Semudan, Ruby Empire of Redin from 1474 to 1478 DR. This rebellion cut off the capital Zanji from the safest and most direct river access to the coast.   The Dukes of Marci, Banda and Coro led the imperial armies in a final year long campaign, finally reducing the ancient fortress Yola to rubble and killing all the majority of the rebellion leaders. The leaders and prominent members of the rebellion that escaped the city before reconquest by Semudan, have now mostly been hunted down by the Ruby Imperials and elite Semudan assault forces.
