ME Suit Stats

ARM (Armament) - Measuring weapon power output
TOR (Torso) - Measuring ME suit structural toughness
MOV (Movement) - Measuring acceleration and agility
WPU (Weapon Processing Unit) - Measuring electronic warfare suite effectiveness
CPU (Core Processing Unit) - Measuring computing power
SEN (Sensor) - Measuring digital detection

Contests

Contests can arise when a player is trying to accomplish a challenging task. Every contest will have to be based on a particular set of stats. When the contest is against another unit. For example, attacking another unit or dodging an attack. Both the player and the unit will roll a number of d10 dices based on the following formula:
Player (Stat x d10 + skill effect x d10 + terrain/status effect x d10) + flat improvements
vs.
Enemy unit (Stat x d10 + skill effect x d10 + terrain/status effect x d10) + flat improvements
Whichever with the highest total outcome wins the contest.   When the contest is against the environment. For example, to overcome a trap. The GM will first provide the difficulty of the challenge and both the player and the GM will roll a number of d10 dices based on the following formula:
Player (Stat x d10 + skill effect x d10 + terrain/status effect x d10) + flat improvements
vs.
Difficulty level x d10
Whichever with the highest total outcome wins the contest. The difficulty list is as follows:
Extremely Easy 1d10
Very Easy 2d10
Easy 3d10
Somewhat Easy 4d10
Moderate 5d10
Somewhat Hard 6d10
Hard 7d10
Very Hard 8d10
Extremely Hard 9d10
Impossible 10d10
 

Advantages & Disadvantages

When a contest is given an advantage, the advantaged player can roll twice and select the more desired outcome. A disadvantaged player also has to roll twice but the less desired outcome is selected.  

Large Object Collision

When large objects collide, a TOR contest is initiated. The loser takes 1d10 durabiltiy damage.
