ME Suit Defenses

3 key metrics exist to ensure the safe operation of your ME suit.

HEAT

Hacking, Electrical, Application, Thermal (HEAT) capacity describes the amount of damage your software and internal components can recover from. Every turn, each unit applicable will recover HEAT equivalent to its highest stat's base value.

Over-HEAT

Over-HEAT happens when a unit exhausted all of its HEAT capacity. Your suit shut down to enter into self-protection mode. No action can be taken at this and the coming turn, all contests result in immediate failure. Any HEAT damage caused during Over-HEAT damages durability instead.

G-force

G-force indicates the amount of acceleration stress your pilot can sustain. Every turn, G-force reset to its maximum value.

GLOC

When a cost on G-force is executed while the capacity is at 0, G-induced Loss of Consciousness (GLOC) happens. Your pilot loses consciousness due to the high amount of G forces endured. If the cost is the result of an action, the action is still executed. No action can be taken at this and the coming turn, all contests result in immediate failure.

Suit Durability

Suit durability accounts for the amount of structural damage your suit can sustain before complete failure. Suit durability does not usually recover except by rare abilities and circumstances.

Disabled Body Parts

For every 10 durabilities lost, the player must select a stat to be reduced to zero temporarily. The stat can not be recovered until the end of the match.

Suit Disabled

When durability reaches 0, the ME Suit is completely destroyed. Fortunately, all suit manufacturers are required to provide extra reinforcement of the crew compartment which usually allow the pilot to survive.
