Qualifications
While there are any specific qualifications needed, it is recommend the the Hooman appointed the leader has the right leadership skills.
Requirements
The only requirements for a Hooman to become leader is if they are voted in by the public.
Appointment
When a new Leader is voted in, there is a ceremony before they are given a private meeting with the previous leader. The old leader then updates them on important information.
It is also at this point that they should be given the highest data clearance by the previous leader, which can only be accessed by leaders.
Responsibilities
The Leader is in charge of making sure that the council is running their sectors smoothly as well as properly allocating funds to each department.
Benefits
One of the main benefits of becoming leader is having a say in what laws are passed.
History
Homeplanet
The current Leader on the Homeplanet is the Yellow Leader, They took over not long after the corruption began affecting the planet with the people wanting someone who would put better efforts into fixing it. There hasn’t been a vote since and it’s unclear if the Hooman people are okay with this or not.Nasgovia
The current Leader of the Hoomans is Algernon, (And then later Saevii). They were voted in right after the previous leader passed away, and have been leader since because the people are happy with some of the policies and treaties they’ve made. They have been criticized in the past for supposedly slacking and spending too much time with Edgevillians. After Saevii does a hostile takeover, the Hooman civilians are more confused and skeptical, but there isn’t much time for a change since the concerns over the fate of the planet and the fact news has come to light on that they need to get off said planet. The remaining council that weren’t swapped out stick with Saevii due to the detailed plan that they have to save as many hoomans as they can off Nasgovia.Notable Holders
