Kohren, Child of Malax (a.k.a. The Hunter)

Kohren is a enviormental scientist that was researching into the Pink Blight's effect on the landscape, but caught the disease themself.
They had chosen to live out in the wilderness alone, intending to stay out there until they either perish from the blight or there is somehow a cure made for it, until they has witnessed the crash of the HCS Acamar, which upon searching the wreckage, found Jexa and Lillya who they are now stuck with.

Physical Description

Kohren used to have ragged and patchy brown hair which had reached down to their back until Jexa cut it. Kohren has a slight slumped over posture when walking.

Apparel & Accessories

Kohren wears a wooden mask with various black holes in, which obscures to others the colour of their eyes. they also wear a brown coat, trousers, boots and wraps around their hands.
Kohren has an old [Grade D] Rifle which they modified to deal with creatures that have been mutated by the blight.

Kohren passed Facility and Environment and Agriculture Sector Education. They also took training with [Grade B] Firearms. They became an environmental researcher and sent to monitor the development of the blight that had been ravaging the landscape.

• Honest - Kohren is honest, possibly too blunt when it comes to talking with Jexa and Lillya, as they don't like to fluff up the details.
• Adaptive - Kohren is able to quickly adapt to new and changing situations without too much hassle.

• Stubborn - Kohren is very stubborn in their ways.
• Socially inept - Kohren is rusty with proper social interaction, and can come off as awkward or rude, even if they're not intending to. However they are not shy by any means and is perfectly fine with talking to people.

Due to being afflicted by Pink Blight, it can be argued that Kohren's mental state has began to deteriorate as they have little self-preservation left, only gaining some of it when they save and are stuck with Jexa and Lillya.

Likes

• Card Games - Kohren is surprisingly good with making small games up on a whim, which they did for Lillya after they are denied by Jexa to take the child hunting for creatures.
• Fungi - Before they caught the blight, Kohren used to have a collection of different fungi that they were growing.

Dislikes

• Rain - Kohren dislikes the rain as it means they can't do their work properly and forces them to stay inside.
• Being stared at - Kohren gets very uncomfortable when stared at or watched for long amounts of time.

Family Ties

Kohren belongs to a large family, being a middle child of 6. They haven't seen any of them since they caught the blight, and feels too ashamed to face them if the even could.

• Jexa - Kohren originally wasn't on good terms with Jexa at all, only tolerating them because they were looking after Lillya. However their opinion has softened and Kohren has grown more comfortable with their company, though finds some of their actions to be very confusing.
• Lillya - Kohren refuses to admit it, but they've grown fond of Lillya, and has become very protective of them.
