Monika is an Edgevillian who works as a teacher and culture specialist for both Edgevillians and Hoomans.
She met Brodyn while the latter was on a 6 month culture exchange program in Edgeville. Their relationship grew quickly and the two ended up getting married before she moved over to Hoomanland with Brodyn. She currently lives with Brodyn and their squad members.

Monika's relationship with her family is cordial, though tense when it comes to the fact she married a Hooman, as they don't really understand.

Family

Brodyn - Monika grew fond of Brodyn very quickly after finding out about their mutual facination with each others species and culture and was the one who suggested marriage. She is generally unbothered by Brodyn's erractic outbursts and is very good at calming them down.
Ahriman - Ahriman's birth was a huge surprise to both Monika and Brodyn, but not an unwelcome one. Monika loves Ahriman unconditionally and is very protective of them. She is unbothered by Ahri's unsettling appearance.

Brodyn's Squad

Since Monika returned back to Hoomanland with Brodyn, shes been living with them along with the rest of their squad. The squad were wary at first due to how quickly Monika's and Brodyn relationship grew, but eventually came around to the idea. She's generally friendly with them and is relieved that they accept her and Ahriman as part of the family.
