The premier Battle Balt organization that manages events between the best balters of all Lendorian races. 
Governed by four individuals. The Imperial King (King Johan Ganay), The Fein King (Titan Toryl), the Riktus Queen (Alpha Ashaborn) and most recently the The White Church (represented by Crusadas and the First Cardinal).
