Eldin

Spirit of Light

Eldin is the deity of the world. The spirit takes a winged form, presumably that of an owl or other type of bird. It is believed that before transcending into spirit form, Eldin was a mortal dragon and served as a protector of the land for the goddess Hylia.
Eldin Volcano is named after this spirit. Legends say that Eldin Volcano is where Eldin resided when it was a mortal dragon.
