Neverwinter Castle

This castle, built after the city was taken over from the Rashemi, is the seat of government of the city.
The central, luxurious part serves as the house of Lord Winslow Urchin. Here he lives in fabulous wealth amid statues of precious metal, famous paintings, velvet curtain and echoing halls. All manner of luxury is present here, and the banquets are plentiful and exuberant. Anyone guest he receives in his house is certain to be overwhelmed by the glitter and glamour of the place.
This largest building is the conference hall, and serves as the meeting place for the Council of Wise Men. It is divided in several storeys, the first housing the lower bureaucracy and waiting room. On the second floor is the main conference room. It is a huge hall, with high ceilings and walls covered with busts and paintings of all the wise and great men of the city, of bygone day and of the present. On the higher floors there are more smaller conference rooms, and offices for higher officials.
A side building further serves as the headquarters for the city guard. It is built up much like the conference hall, but without the conference rooms. In stead there are sleeping quarters for city guards and holding cells for people awaiting further processing.
