Dentallie

As you walk the cobbled streets of Dentallie, you look up in awe at the grandeur and splendeur of the buildings that tower around you at either side. The streets are filled with crowds of people going about their day, and the sun shines down from the cloudless sky.

The Districts

1: West District

West District is the hub of Dentallie. Home to the city square, city hall and courtroom, it is the second-most important place in the city. Most city gatherings and events are held here.

2: The Docks

The Docks are home to the few non-dwarven families who live in Ostarith. Most people who live here are merchants of fisherman and their families.

3: Silk Road

Outside the city walls, Silk Road was once a larger settlement of it's own. As Denatllie grew, it incorporated the origional village and only left a small reminder behind.

4: Mount's Gate

Mount's Gate is home to the dwarven families of Dentallie. Like most of the city, it is well kept, bright, and considered a nice place to live.

5: Castle

The Castle of Dentallie is home to the lord of the dwarves and his family. It is a large, imposing building, less aesthetically pleasing than the rest of the city. To most, it is a daily reminder that they are never truly free.

Demographics

Most of Dentallie is populated by the dwarves. When the war ended, and they made the isles their home, they chose to reside here for the warmer climate and better weather. Because of this, their are few other races who make the city their home aside from the few humans and elves who live and work here.

Government

Dentallie is home to the Isle's main council. In the city hall every important political occurrence is discussed and dealt with. The lord of the dwarves (now the lord of Iastarene) also has his main residence in Dentallie, so all the power is held in one city.
