Jotunheim Pact

The Jotunheim Pact is the document that was signed in 504 2E to end the Terror of the Giants. It was signed by all of the major powers of Omnios. Signatories included John Edward Gray on behalf of the United Giff Republic.
The pact is locked in a magical vault in Xephen.
Part of the treaty includes naming Xephen capital of Omnios and forming the High Council of Xephen.
