United Giff Republic

The United Giff Republic is a nation in Omnios with a massive superiority complex. It is made up primarily of Giff, Loxodons, and Minotaurs. As of 48 3E, the current president is Abraham Loxodon.

History

During the First Era, the United Giff Republic was formed when the Giff, Minotaurs, and Loxodon banded together to declare independence from the Yuan-Ti Empire. They decided that their First President would be George Washinggiff. The Second President was Tantor Adams. The Third President was Theseus Jefferson. The Fourth President was Dirk Dickerdack. The Fifth President was James Mammoth. The Sixth President was Horton Quincy Adams. Later, under the direction of their Seventh President Zarnak Toughheart, they conquered much of Omnios. After these actions caused the Terror of the Giants in 480 2E, Toughheart was impeached and an amendment was added limiting a president's term to 10 years. 480 2E - 490 2E - Eightth President, Peter Van Potamus. 490 2E - 500 2E - Ninth President, William Henry Hippotus. 500 2E - 510 2E - Tenth President, John Edward Gray. In 504 2E, he was one of the signatories of the Jotunheim Pact. 510 2E - 5 3E - Eleventh President, James K. Trunk. 5 3E - 15 3E - Twelfth President, Gloria Taylor.
