Leroy was born as the Prince of Galowith. He had many sexual partners throughout his youth. He was first in line for the throne.
In September of 48 3E, he was one of the princes selected by Queen Sharon as a possible mate for the newly coronated Queen Belladonna. At the time, he was having an affair with a girl, but he promised under a Zone of Truth (cast by Odd One) that he would stop seeing her if Belladonna chose to marry him.
Leroy married Belladonna and became King of Eastvale. He also adopted Belladonna's twins, Stark and Primadonna.
In 50 3E, Leroy's father died, making him King of Galowith as well. He merged Galowith with Eastvale, making the Kingdom of Eastvale much larger.
In 54 3E, he died during Belladonna's Final Ball when Waywocket the Wicked's bomb went off.
