Noble Quarter

Demographics

The Noble Quarter is mainly inhabited by Humans of noble status. While the rest of the city is fairly diverse, the Noble Quarter noticeably is not.

Government

Severin von Malus has the strongest grip on this area. Guards have a very strong presence, and seem to be everywhere you look.

Defences

While walls surround the entire city and separate the four Quarters, the Noble Quarter has the strongest walls all around. At each of the gates, there are thick portcullises with abjuration spells cast on them.

Industry & Trade

Owning a business in the Noble Quarter is both an honor and a badge of how much money you make. Real estate is very expensive, so most businesses cannot afford to stay afloat in the Noble Quarter. 
Craftsmen who work here are considered to be the best in the Kingdom of Eastvale, if not all of Eagremond.
