The Winking Star is a tavern in Shademoor.
History
In 70 3E, the second half of The Chosen Nine met up at this tavern after splitting up so some could visit the Blackrose Institute of Witchcraft while others visited Castle Arania.
They then later returned, seeking the captain of a Spelljammer in order to travel to Caldera.
