Lunar Master Amenophis
A wandering soul who explored the vast wastes of
Lor-Ta before fighting against Dantus.
Physical Description
Portraits show him as a large bulky man. While not completely made of muscle, his strength does match his appearance. His skin is dark and it's said his hand were large and rough compared to that of the elves.
He wore a checkered scarf at all times. Archaeologists believe this was some sort of tribe garment that bestowed some sort of rank unknown to us. On his lower body there is a metal belt covered by red cloth. Hidden underneath are chainmail shorts.
He's a master of two-handed combat with specialization in spear. Lunar magic is another specialty which he excels at.
Mental characteristics
Like most humans during this era, he was born in such a tribe on the outskirts of the old elven empire. Dantus had yet to begin his campaign into the south, so his people were not yet enslaved. Along with many children during this time, they began to experincement to figure out where their strengths were to benefit the tribe. Mythologists believe he was first chosen to be a great warrior. While he did excel, his magic was another thing entirely. The tribe switched his position to warrior to shaman which had been unpresented. From this point forward little else is known until his journals start recounting his history.
During this gap we can assume a few things. At the time, Dantus's influence had spread, so his tribe would have likely been under threat of the empire. Due to his sudden departure to Lor-Ta, it's believed his tribe was either enslaved or killed for resisting. It's unknown why he was separated from them.
The gap stops during a segment of his life in Lor-Ta. He was a renown explorer and guide through the area. At this point he was an expert of lunar magics and a master of combat. It's said he could fight a dune snake one handed. His time in Lor-Ta was not long as the
Scion's Circle requested his help to defeat Dantus. He agreed and thus began his fight against him.

Personality Characteristics
He traveled around Lor-ta to help people navigate the sand dunes. This mentality is what keeps him motivated. He wants to help people in the small ways, not in the big ways.

Accounts say that he was usually quiet, thoughtful, and short tempered.
He prefers to cross his arms during most conversation and social encounters. When he drops them is a sign of a fight to come.

History
Amenophis lead the union before Riss's rescue. Once they did, he surrendered the leadership to him, but Riss initially rejected it. As a result, he guided him in the first few steps and a bond grew. From then on Riss became an exceptional leader with his trusted friend.

During Riss's rescue, Aurora was still working for the Embrace. The two briefly met and a large battle between the masters of lunar magicks. This created a huge divide between the two which would never mend even after her change in allegiance change which made him wary even more.

While the two were brought together around the same time to fight Dantus, they never really found much common ground. This doesn't mean they were not friends. They had more of a small friendship..

They share the same similar moral beliefs and as such they work well together. Other then this they have little incommon and are no more than comrade-in-arms.

Amenophis lead The Union of Pellamulara to rescue Riss. As a result, He's now on Dantus's kill list. No mercy will be shown to the man who breached his defenses and escaped unharmed.
