Hringwynn the Builder

Hringwynn the Builder is the current monarch of the Kingdom of Newia. She has reigned for almost 34 years, succeeding her father, Wulfferd. At 83 years old, she is Weston's oldest monarch, and despite her seeming good health and sharp personality, it is widely expected that her daughter, Aethelhun, will be taking the throne in the next few years.
It was under her reign that the city of Guilbury was completed, although the Royal Court moved there under the reign of her father. She is considered to be a fair ruler, although she displays the typical negative non-human sentiment that most Dulanders exhibit, and it was under her command that non-Dulanders were forbidden from Guilbury without good cause.
