The Phoenix

Said to be hawks set ablaze. They cause forest fires with the embers they leave behind when they fly. Their feathers are deep orange, and their talons razor sharp. They are angels that live in the sun. Who fly down to earth to scorch the earth--so that it might grow back fuller. Many have went out searching for a Phoenix, but they are even rarer than Astras. The last person to claim they have seen one is Samael Dowager. Who said it flew west above him as he stood on his balcony; towards The Desert.
