Mantidism

Mantidaeism is the name of the religious order and theology devoted to the god Mantidae, the elemental god of Air.
Adherents to this religious order are devoted to the spirit of change, personified by the lofty nature of a flying insect. He is able to grant clerical abilities to his more devoted and trained followers.

Tenets of Faith

• As the Air is an agent of constant change, change is known to be essential to a life of fulfillment. 
• To resist change is to invite stagnation.
• The movement of the Air both brings people together and pulls them apart. It is up to us to determine the underlying wisdom in both situations.
• The movement of the Air is meant to strengthen us, and we should seek out opportunities to resist the Air in righteous struggle.
• Knowing when to move in harmony with the Air and when to resist its strong push is the beginning of Wisdom.

Ethics

• All change is good, and should be encouraged. Remaining still invites complacency and moral decay.
