Phaelmor

The nobles of Phaelmor are the rich entrepreneurs that run long-lasting and successful businesses and now reside right at the very top of Lihirian civilisation. It's name is Lihirian for power or wealth.

Structure

At the top of the order is the oligarchal Council of Five, the rulers who truly govern the city and have the final decision on all debates. The High Priest of the Manthasir always has a seat on the council. Beneath the Council of Five, the True Council, who debate and decide other issues. Below them, the regular nobles and wealthy folk who don't have a seat on the council.

Assets

The Phaelmorn own most of the city and it's public places. They have the army of Morfan at their fingertips. Their combined wealth as an organisation is unmeasurable, possibly the most an organisation owns in the multiverse.

History

The Phaelmorn started on the top of their respective nations in Lihiri. As the nations banded together to form one complete nation their previous aristocracy became a council of sorts. However, after the Opening of the Doors many Lihirians, including some of the True Council, left the world to start a new life, meaning much of Lihiri became empty.
