Travar

The city of Travar is commonly known as The Thieves City, and rightly so. There is no central government in Kratas, only the influence wielded by the two most powerful gangs – Broocher’s Brood and The Force of the Eye, led by Garlthik One-Eye. With the help of Quinn, the Broocher's Brood were defeated and Garlthik is attempting to "civilize" the city.
