Cult of Baphomet
Structure
The Cult of Baphomet is led by King Titanmead, who supposedly receives his orders directly from the deceased Baphomet.
Public Agenda
The Cult of Baphomet's primary goal is to bring Baphomet back from the dead. Their goal is most likely impossible to accomplish.
Assets
The cult owns a large underground ruin in Fienden that was once home of the Duergar Dwarves. They have vast amounts of metal and gunpowder for their abstract inventions.
History
The Cult of Baphomet was originally founded in the -8000s. When the Worldwound opened up and demons poured through, some decided to worship them as gods. Baphomet was the primary deity who received this worship, along with Lamashtu and Nocticula. After thousands of years and the defeat of the Worldwound's forces, the cult was abandoned entirely. After the Cataclysm, however, some surviving Duergar Dwarves rediscovered the history of the cult. They were frighteningly obsessed with the subject, resulting in the formation of the Cult of Baphomet once again.
Foreign Relations
The Cult of Baphomet is hostile to all outsiders, with a few rare exceptions.
