The Returned are a chiefdom led by Zorvir the Unbroken, a tiefling elder.
Culture
The majority of the Returned are survivors of the Cataclysm. The mood is always solemn. The Returned celebrate no holidays except for Cataclysm Remembrance Day. The majority of them have also renounced their gods.
Public Agenda
The Returned wish only to reclaim Fienden as it once was. This has proved to be difficult, however.
Assets
The Returned own the repurposed chapel in Bitterthorne (Statue's Respite, Fienden). They have a decent amount of funding from the Holy Order of Tilleas.
