Ekene-Afa

Making her name in the most prestigious fights of the Grand Coliseum, Ekene-Afa retired and took up her father's mantle as a Merchant Prince. Incredibly popular with especially the common folk of Port Nyanzaru, she can commonly be found attending events in the Coliseum, or in her villa with her family. She has little interest in day to day governance, but will appear for critical matters. Her villa is decorated with celebrations of her career, weapons and shields mounted on the walls, and most chambers gold gilded cages of colourful parrots.
Her husband, Kura, is a painter, and they have two sons named for the rivers of Chult, almost as famed as Ekene herself. Soshen is captain of the City Watch, as fierce in combat as his mother, although with more discipline and less flash. Tiryk is one of the most successful Dinosaur Racers in Port Nyanzaru, specialising in single-saddle racing, and gladiatorial jousts.
Ekene-Afa controls the sale of weapons, shields, and exploration equipment such as tents and raincatchers.
