Jessamine
The inscrutable Jessamine is rarely seen in public, but her influence stretches into most corners of Port Nyanzaru, and she commands great respect from the other Princes. Though speaking little during the councils at Goldenthrone, it has been said that she often carries the deciding vote.
Before taking on the mantle of her mother as a Merchant Prince, Jessamine had a career adventuring, though amongst the thousands of rumours surrounding her, some speak of darker, more clandestine activities. Indeed, it's become almost an open secret that although murder and assassination are outlawed in Port Nyanzaru, "sanctions" against other citizens can be requested from Jessamine, a rare and extreme occurrence, but one she, and those she employs, are singularly capable of.
Jessamine holds control over the sale and cultivation of plants in Port Nyanzaru, as well as what can be derived from them, poisons and herbal potions. Her villa is where she can be found more reliably than anywhere else, contains serpentine iconography carved upon the pillars, most rooms cast in deep shadows.
