Spadi (spa-dee)

Spadi are big two-toed hoofed mammals that stand as tall as a man and twice as long when fully grown. Their already thick, leathery hides are covered in extremely dense, thick and wiry hair. They're primarily rooting animals and vegetarians but have the capacity to be omnivores. They use their powerful necks and shovel like snouts to dig up loose earth in the more temperate parts of Albatanica. In addition Spadi are known to gnaw on the roots of the Eoten Trees that cover the surface of Albatanica.
