Bites of Vampires, Vampiric Thralls, and some blood magics.

Symptoms

Confusion, Exhaustion (1) and then Fevers, Shakes, and Eventually Exhaustion (2). After Exhaustion 2 has been reached, every 24 hours the afflicted's max health reduces by 1.
