Vautorune Exile

Vautorune is the island fortress that holds the majority of the remaining dwarven peoples. It is under a permanent state of quarantine, and the only way to leave is to be exiled, which is the method used to get rid of criminals and dissidents. The Dwarves of Vautorune are unique among the remaining dwarven cities in their access to the ocean, and their skill with maritime activities.
