Xero, God of Fate
Xero is the god of fate and one of the most powerful beings in the universe. He has control over the threads of destiny that govern the lives of all living beings. Xero is known to be a just and impartial deity, who values balance and order above all else. He is married to Giraskon, Goddess of Time, who was once his greatest ally in maintaining the delicate balance of the universe.
Xero's influence can be felt in myths and fables, spending his time weaving fate around those with grand potential to make heroes and lords capable of doing good for the world and battling back the forces of chaos.
During the war of corruption, Xero worked tirelessly to prevent Giraskon, Goddess of Time from manipulating time in favor of the corrupted gods.
Xero was unable to save his beloved wife Giraskon, Goddess of Time from falling to corruptionleaving the divine realm. Her decision to join the corrupted gods remains a mystery to this day, and Xero has never spoken of it publicly.
Regardless of the reason, Xero's heart was shattered by the loss of his wife. He withdrew from the world for a time, focusing solely on maintaining the balance of the universe. But even in his grief, Xero never lost sight of his duty as a god of fate. He continues to guide the lives of mortals and immortals alike, ensuring that the universe remained in balance.
