Shades End
Approx 50 kms south of Bannockthorpe, Shades End is not for the feint of Heart. A rowdy area where although law and order exists, the application of it at times can involve the occasional gaze in the other directions. Well renowned for its blend of song and cheer mixed with the more than occasional bar fight.
It's harbour, while not as busy as that of Bannockthorpe, is popular in some circles for it's lessened level of scrutiny the official apply than the highly policed port in Bannockthorpe.
The road to Shades End from inland passes through substanial rocky teritory before finally descending onto the village below.
