Dunlan

The County of the Dunlan Isles, given to the Alsalian Emissaries. It is no longer cared for by any members of the Imperial Dominion of Spayle, however, it still maintains an alliance with them.
Dunlan is very much a part of the Dominion, but much like The Praehedron Conglomerate, it has a measure of distance and freedom to do what it wants.
