The Imperial Palace
The seat of the Emperor of Elnemora, the Imperial Palace is the best defended part of Katamarin, and the heart of Elnemora itself. Here one can petition an audience with the Emperor by attending the Emperor's Pleasure, an event held every morning in the Throne Room of the palace.
Even some noble families have difficulty attending the Emperor's Pleasure, but there is a general understanding that the Imperial Palace also houses the Emperor's apartments, kitchens, library, and various other amenities such as he may desire.
