The Castle

The Castle is what it sounds like - A castle. Located in the corner of the Center district, The Castle is split in two, separated by the Outer and the Inner walls. In the Outer Castle, the King’s Guard has their barracks as well as a small tavern, stables, an armory and other necessities. The Inner Castle is the castle proper, the home of the Royal Court and all those who serve them. While it is a somewhat luxurious building, its original purpose as a defensive fortification is still clear in the thick walls, the arrow-slit windows and the gun-posts on top of its towers.
The Castle is also home to the City Council Chambers, the place where all central decisions affecting the entirety of the city is taken.
